• Please note that we do not permit the use of flotation devices, beach balls or pool equipment in our Club InterContinental Pool to ensure the comfort of all our guests. You are welcome to use floats and pool equipment at the main resort pool. Club InterContinental Pool benefits and services are also available at the main resort pools.
• There are no lifeguards on duty in our resort pools. Guests must swim at their own risk and the Hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage to any personal property, injury, disability or fatality, even death, arising from whatsoever reasons while exercising or playing in the swimming area.
• Children under the age of 6 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
